Refund Policy

Warranty

Our work is covered by a 30-day warranty against finish failure, provided that the pieces remain in a conventional setting and are not exposed to damage from heat, moisture, or exterior weather conditions. Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. After 30-days, we may offer touch-up services for an additional fee.

Returns

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

It is our policy that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed. If the product has not started production a 3% credit card cancellation fee will apply.

Custom orders require a minimum of 50% down which is non refundable once the work has started.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@brasswolfworkshop.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened / unused item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or packaged well for the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

To request an exchange, you can contact us at info@brasswolfworkshop.com. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
